antique oil painting unsigned/unmarked with lilies?

It has only 4 lilies up close and the background is all sky and pond in pale blue and grey. There are a few green shrubs and things in the left corner but very dull in color.

Hard to say without seeing it and doing some research. Some paintings are valuable that don’t have a signature, although most artists seem to sign. It could even be a copy.
Sometimes a good frame indicates value, but not always.
Maybe your local art museum would take a look at it for you?
