How much should I sell this collector’s, antique book for?

It’s called “The Rubbernex in Florida” by Asa Cassidy who’s also known for his paintings. This book was extremely limited, published in 1938, and was signed by the author along with a personal message to the intended recipient. It’s hardcover, in pretty good condition with minor wear. It’s been in my family since the ’30s, but now it’s in my hands to sell. I have not been able to locate another one of this title for ANY information. There are no websites about this book (including Amazon.com, which I use them for everything.) I do not want to price this through the roof, but I don’t want to sell it for a ridiculously low price either. I do know it is rare, which adds to the value, and it’s signed by the author himself, which obviously is a giveaway to it’s monetary value, plus taking into consideration that there are literally no other copies of this book anywhere!

Any ideas??

BTW, I’m selling this on eBay, in fixed price format. This will not be in Auction style format like most other items on eBay. Thanks!!
